How can I register for the portal?

To register an account all you need is a valid email address, the date of birth of your lead traveller, and your policy or quote number. We'll also ask you to set up a password and security question.

My policy number is not recognised. Help?

If your policy number is not recognised, please make sure you have entered it correctly. If your still unable to log in with your policy number, please email us at travel.sales@oasis-insurance.co.uk and a member of our customer service team will be on standby to help.
